A Metro Youth Sporting activities soccer coach, charged Tuesday with the July rape of a young girl, told an officer he necessary assistance resisting more youthful women.
Marvin J. Davis, 32, of the 1000 block of Columbia Avenue, has a warrant for his arrest and a preliminary bail of $12,500, according to a spokesman at the Allen County Jail.
He is charged with rape and sexual battery.
He fulfilled the girl right after he took her more youthful brother, a member of Davis’ soccer team, and her mom to a RediMed clinic when her brother was injured.
Davis questioned the target if she was interested in implementing to be an assistant cheerleading coach and organized to pick her up the next morning to try out out for the posture, according to court docket files.
About 9:30 a.m. July 19, Davis picked up the target and drove to his residence where he reported he necessary to get some paperwork, files reported. In the course of the experience, the target reported he began to talk to her “weird issues.” He questioned her how previous she was and commented that she appeared older, then reported she couldn’t be a coach at her age.
She entered his household where she reported she felt at ease due to the fact his young children ended up there and he was her brother’s soccer coach, court docket files reported.
But comfort and ease rapidly turned to worry as he grabbed her by the back of her neck and pressured her from the bedroom doorway, court docket data reported.
Davis began ripping off her dresses, held her arms in a lock and pushed her as a result of the bedroom doorway and on to a bed where he raped her, court docket files reported. When she told him to prevent, Davis told her to “shut up,” court docket data reported.
When she tried using to scream, Davis put his hand around her mouth, court docket files reported. Davis used a condom, which the female recovered, wrapped in rest room paper and turned around to legislation enforcement as soon as she was taken to a healthcare facility, court docket data reported.
She was equipped to escape right after she told Davis a mate necessary her and he drove the target to that household.
Immediately after she went to the healthcare facility, she was taken to the Sexual Assault Procedure Heart and later interviewed at the Dr. Bill Lewis Heart for Children.
Davis told an officer he had consensual sexual intercourse with the target and when he questioned if he could see her once more, she reported “we can figure everything out due to the fact my mother can not find out.”
Davis also questioned the officer if there ended up “any form of lessons or anything. I am not admitting guilt to practically nothing, but I recognize I have had problems. Younger women occur on to me all of the time. Ordinarily I pull absent, I pull absent, I pull absent and do not act on it, but I do want to get assistance with it,” court docket files reported.
Proof sent to the Indiana State Law enforcement Laboratory together with the condom, court docket data reported.
