Federal prosecutors charged a former Broken Arrow High College football participant on allegations that he robbed a QuikTrip with an unidentified co-conspirator.
Devon Deshon Thomas, 22, of Broken Arrow, was charged with a person depend of interference with commerce by threats or violence.
