UCF football player Demetreius Mayes was arrested late Tuesday evening on a sexual battery charge, in accordance to arrest documents.
Mayes, who played significant school football at Miami Northwestern Higher, is a freshman linebacker for the Knights.
He was charged with a initially-degree felony, with the UCF Police Office arresting him.
In accordance to the arrest affidavit, Mayes fulfilled the victim at an off-campus residence social gathering, and took the victim back again to a campus home with the intent to engage in sex.
In accordance to the arrest affidavit, the victim did not try to remember how they bought to the room and remembered becoming woke up bare and Mayes penetrating. When trying to depart, the victim claims Mayes blocked the door, in accordance to the arrest affidavit.
