Denise Richards Steps Out with Daughters Amid Allegations from Estranged Husband

Denise Richards has surfaced for the primary time since bombshell allegations erupted in her ongoing cut up from husband Aaron Phypers — and he or she appeared composed as ever.

The actress was noticed having fun with lunch together with her daughters at Cross Creek in Malibu on Sunday, holding issues low-key regardless of the storm brewing behind the scenes. She appeared informal but stylish because the household dined collectively.

At one level, the temper shifted when Denise took a telephone name and was seen pacing across the purchasing middle, visibly engrossed within the dialog.

Her outing comes on the heels of explosive claims made by her Phypers, who informed TMZ in an unique interview that he caught Denise dishonest on him and located messages between her and one other man on her laptop computer, and saved them on his telephone.

We broke the story … Aaron filed for divorce July 7 and listed July 4 because the date of separation. Denise has since filed for and been granted a brief restraining order towards Aaron, alleging home abuse. Phypers has denied all claims of bodily and emotional abuse towards him.

As we reported … Phypers went to an L.A. police station Sunday and filed a criminal report for vandalism, theft and assault associated to the July 4th battle, the place Aaron claimed Denise smashed his mobile phone.
