Arrested After Cops Find Her Dead Baby In Closet

A aggressive cheerleader on the University of Kentucky is going through criminal costs after cops say they discovered a lifeless toddler wrapped in a towel inside a black trash bag in a closet … and police say she’s the kid’s mom.
The Lexington Police Department says 21-year-old Laken Snelling was arrested Sunday and charged with abuse of a corpse, tampering with proof and concealing the start of an toddler.
Police say they had been dispatched final Wednesday morning to a residence close to the UK campus when a name got here in for a “deceased infant located inside of a closet.”
Cops say once they arrived, they discovered the kid and pronounced the toddler lifeless on the scene.
Sources with direct data inform TMZ … Snelling informed officers she was the kid’s mom and “admitted to concealing the birth by cleaning any evidence, placing all cleaning items used inside of a black trash bag, including the infant, who was wrapped in a towel.”
The Fayette County Coroner’s Office will decide the toddler’s reason behind demise after an investigation.
Snelling was booked on the Fayette County Detention Center and she or he reportedly posted $100,000 bond and is on dwelling incarceration with no ankle monitor.
