Charlie Kirk‘s supporters have been paying tribute to him since he was shot to loss of life on Wednesday … and, just a few of his shut mates in Congress try to immortalize him on Capitol Hill ceaselessly.
12 Republicans within the House of Representatives signed a letter addressed to Speaker of the House Mike Johnson … which begins by laying out Wednesday’s tragic occasions earlier than highlighting all the great Kirk’s achieved through Turning Point USA.
The letter calls out the political left for creating “a toxic environment where one side finds it acceptable to stoke fear and violence to silence civil dissent” … then asks Speaker Johnson to direct {that a} statue of Kirk be positioned within the United States Capitol.
The signees argue Kirk’s statue will function a reminder that political disagreement should not be answered with political violence.
