NFL defensive again Jimmie Ward is not going to face criminal prices in his domestic violence case … TMZ Sports has confirmed.
A Montgomery County, Texas court official tells us a no invoice was issued on Thursday … after a grand jury didn’t discover possible trigger within the case.

Ward was accused of roughing up his fiancée again on June 12. The girl alleged he had “assaulted, strangled, and threatened” her throughout a 4:34 AM dispute at a Magnolia residence.
Ward, who was arrested over the allegations, vehemently denied wrongdoing, and urged the general public to not rush to judgment.
