Diddy Sued by Woman Claiming He Sexually Assaulted Her in L.A. Club

Diddy sexually assaulted a girl in an evening membership as she was celebrating her twentieth birthday … shoving his hand up her skirt and forcefully penetrating her along with his fingers … at the very least in keeping with a brand new lawsuit.

The Bad Boy Records founder was simply hit with a brand new lawsuit filed by his authorized nemesis, Houston legal professional Tony Buzbee.

According to the swimsuit, obtained by TMZ, a girl named Leiana Ripley says Diddy approached her at Club Playhouse in Los Angeles round November 1, 2016 and demanded she drink a beverage he provided her.

She says she declined at first however Diddy responded, “Bitch, I am not asking you. Drink that shit and shut the f*** up.” She says she felt frightened and compelled to drink the beverage he “forcefully slid” in direction of her.

The lady says Diddy then put an arm round her and used his different hand to go up her skirt and penetrate her. She says he informed her, “Bitch I do what I want, take that s***.” She says he laughed when she tried to push him off and appeared “amused by her distress.”

She says Diddy finally let her go and he or she left the membership and known as a cab. She claims she felt disoriented, dizzy, light-headed and was unable to face by the point she obtained again to her resort … and he or she wanted assist attending to her room.

The lady says she awakened the following day with bruising and a tear in and round her genitals, which she claims was a possible results of the alleged assault. She says she additionally suffered psychological trauma.

She’s going after Diddy for damages. Buzbee represents over 100 purchasers who’ve sued Diddy for sexual assault.
