Sister’s Assault Claims Untrue
‘Not A Violent Man’

Patrick Beverley‘s authorized staff is disputing the allegations that led to his felony assault arrest … along with his lawyer claiming the ex-NBA participant’s sister’s facet of the alleged incident shouldn’t be correct.
Letitia Quinones-Hollins tells TMZ Sports the small print laid out from Beverley’s 15-year-old sister to cops within the possible trigger affidavit had been “given at a time when emotions were high” and do not inform the reality or the entire story.
“Patrick is not a violent man and was not violent that night,” Quinones-Hollins stated Tuesday. “In fact, he was very respectful with the authorities that night and encouraged others to do the same.”
The lawyer went on to explain Beverley as a “provider” and “protector” for his household — together with his sister, who advised cops he choked her and punched her after she left residence with out permission to fulfill up along with her boyfriend within the early hours of Nov. 14.
“He has always looked out for their wellbeing and will continue to do so,” Quinones-Hollins continued.
“I have every expectation that when all the facts are in, Patrick will be cleared of these charges.”
