Some encouraging information from Kris Boyd … the New York Jets cornerback says he is on the highway to restoration after he was shot on Sunday — and he is now beginning to breathe on his personal.
The 29-year-old shared a photograph of himself in a hospital mattress on his Instagram Story on Wednesday, days after he suffered a gunshot wound to the stomach throughout a struggle in Manhattan.
“God is real, God is powerful!” Boyd wrote.
“I’m sorry, I have no words at the moment..Just grateful! I’m coming along, starting to breathe on my own now. Sincerely appreciate everyone!”
A video circulating on social media allegedly reveals the incident — a bunch of males preventing on the street till gunshots popped off. Boyd was hit in the abdomen and was rushed to a local facility, where he remains.

The New York Police Department launched photographs of a person they consider is linked to the incident. Law enforcement stated he was sporting an all-black outfit, together with a black cap and coloured sneakers.
No arrests have been made at the moment.
Boyd — a seven-year NFL veteran with two compelled fumbles to his title — signed a one-year contract with the Jets in March … however had been out with a football-related damage previous to the incident.
