Tyler Robinson Seen In Court For First Time

Tyler Robinson — the 22-year-old man who prosecutors say murdered Charlie Kirk — made his first in-person court look Thursday.
For now, the hearing has been closed off as they talk about particulars of an Oct. 14 audio recording, however will resume video transmission of the hearing later.
Robinson beforehand appeared in court just a few days after the taking pictures, by way of video name. Today, he sat within the Provo, Utah courtroom sporting avenue garments … a privilege his legal professionals fought for in a movement to ditch the jail garb.
As you already know, Kirk was shot and killed on the Utah Valley University campus in Orem, UT in September … and, after an intensive manhunt, Robinson turned himself in to authorities.
Robinson allegedly confessed to the crime to his father, who then instructed a youth pastor who occurs to work with the U.S. Marshals Service. Robinson in the end surrendered at Utah’s Washington County Sheriff’s Office, round 10 PM on Sept. 11, the day after the taking pictures.
Utah prosecutors charged Robinson with aggravated murder, felony discharge of a firearm inflicting severe bodily damage, and obstruction of justice.
The aggravated murder cost may get him the loss of life penalty if convicted.
