Russell Brand Facing New Charges of Rape, Sexual Assault

More authorized bother for Russell Brand throughout the pond … he is been charged with two new counts of rape and sexual assault … TMZ has confirmed.

The Metropolitan Police in London inform TMZ … the Crown Prosecution Service has licensed additional expenses in opposition to Russell following an investigation by Met detectives … together with one rely of rape and one rely of sexual assault.

Law enforcement says the brand new expenses stem from alleged incidents with two new feminine accusers.

Russell was already dealing with 5 expenses of rape, sexual assault and indecent assault following allegations from 4 different ladies. He pleaded not responsible to these expenses in May.

All instructed, Russell is dealing with 7 expenses associated to six totally different ladies.

Detective Chief Inspector Tariq Farooqi from the Metropolitan Police is main the investigation, and he tells TMZ … “The women who have made reports, including those connected to the two new charges, continue to receive support from specially trained officers.”

Farooqi provides … “The Met’s investigation remains ongoing, and detectives urge anyone affected by this case, or anyone with information, to come forward and speak with police.”

Russell is due in court January 20 in relation to the 2 new expenses.
