DHS Says Victim Is Venezuelan Gang Member

4:58 PM PT — The Department of Homeland Security says Border Patrol brokers had been conducting a site visitors cease focusing on an alleged “Venezuelan illegal alien affiliated with the transnational Tren de Aragua prostitution ring.”

The FBI’s workplace in Portland says they’re investigating an agent-involved taking pictures involving Customs and Border Patrol Agents through which 2 individuals had been wounded.
Federal authorities say the taking pictures occurred Thursday round 2:15 PM.
The Portland Police Bureau say they responded to a name a couple of taking pictures and located a person and a girl with obvious gunshot wounds. Cops say officers utilized a tourniquet bandage and known as for emergency medical personnel, who transported the victims to a hospital.
Cops say the victims’ situations are unclear.

The Portland taking pictures comes at some point after an ICE agent shot and killed a girl in Minneapolis.
PPB Chief Bob Day says … “We are still in the early stages of this incident. We understand the heightened emotion and tension many are feeling in the wake of the shooting in Minneapolis, but I am asking the community to remain calm as we work to learn more.”
Portland Mayor Keith Wilson blasted the feds in an announcement, saying … “We cannot sit by while constitutional protections erode and bloodshed mounts. Portland is not a ‘training ground’ for militarized agents, and the ‘full force’ threatened by the administration has deadly consequences. As Mayor, I call on ICE to end all operations in Portland until a full investigation can be completed.”
