If you thought life could not worsen for the alleged ‘Scream’ masks, gangbang instructor Brittany Fortinberry, then suppose once more!
Fortinberry has been cooling her heels in jail since her February arrest and has been charged with 41 felonies, together with intercourse crimes in opposition to minors — and now she’s been sued by a financial institution for skipping out on bank card funds.
Synchrony Bank filed the lawsuit Wednesday in an Indiana court, claiming Fortinberry didn’t pay $2,125.50 in credit score charges she amassed since opening the account in 2021.
The docs say Fortinberry defaulted on the funds and has didn’t fork over the cash after the financial institution demanded it.
But can you actually blame Fortinberry for this one? She’s been sitting behind bars for the previous 5 months, unable to submit a $1 million bond. So, maybe it isn’t too stunning she might not be paying her bank card payments.
As we beforehand reported, Fortinberry allegedly sexually abused a number of kids by asking them to gangbang her whereas sporting masks from the ‘Scream’ films.
