After Kidney Stone Surgeries

Erik Menendez would not sound like he is getting the prison furlough he hoped for … as a result of he is again behind bars after painful kidney stones despatched him to the hospital.
Erik’s daughter, Talia, shared an replace on social media … saying, “My dad is out of the hospital and back at the prison, preparing for our upcoming parole hearing.”
We broke the story … Erik left his state prison in San Diego final month and went to a hospital to bear a number of surgical procedures to take away kidney stones.
Erik was out of prison and within the hospital for a couple of week … and his lawyer, Mark Geragos, mentioned it was a “serious medical condition.”

As we first informed you … our sources mentioned California Governor Gavin Newsom was reviewing Erik’s change in medical situation to find out if a “prison furlough” was applicable.
With Erik and Lyle’s upcoming parole hearing just a few weeks away on August 22 … the pondering was, Newsom may lower Erik a significant break and grant him a furlough so he did not have to return to prison earlier than the hearing.

Sounds like that did not occur … and Erik’s acquired not less than just a few extra weeks behind bars with Lyle. The hearing is quick approaching and Newsom has indicated he is sympathetic to granting each Erik and Lyle clemency.
