Gets 25 Years to Life for Killing Baby Boy

Jake Haro — the person who pleaded responsible to killing his 7-month-old son, Emmanuel Haro — was sentenced to 25 years to life in state prison Monday.
Last month, Jake pleaded responsible to second-degree murder — an illegal killing with “malice aforethought” — in addition to youngster endangerment and submitting a false police report.

Emmanuel’s mom, Rebecca Haro, individually pleaded not responsible to the identical cost.
