Darius McCrary is out of jail … strolling free from custody after a court hearing in entrance of a decide formally ending a messy stretch that began with a border arrest in Mexico … TMZ has discovered.
The “Family Matters’ star’s public defender Paulette Loftin tells TMZ … “Over the final 4 years, Mr. McCrary’s battle for justice and reality has been painted as an try and shirk his obligations to his baby. The decision reached immediately makes it clear that household does matter and that it all the time has.”
She provides, “This resolution allows Mr. McCrary to correct the misleading narrative and put this matter behind him.”
We broke the story … McCrary was first busted in October close to Tijuana and held on a no bail order in San Diego. After a number of hearings, he was extradited to Michigan, the place he confronted 5 felony prices, together with accusations of failing to pay baby assist and absconding.
