Charged With Domestic Assault

One day after Stefon Diggs was charged for allegedly attacking his private chef … the Patriots’ star defensive deal with, Christian Barmore, has his personal authorized issues to cope with — as he’s now going through home assault costs.
According to court paperwork obtained by TMZ Sports, a lady known as the Mansfield Police Department on August 25 to report an alleged incident from August 8.
The lady informed cops Barmore turned indignant together with her after a disagreement over the temperature of their bed room air conditioner. Later on, she stated they argued over meals the athlete claimed belonged to him.
The lady stated she determined to go away and went to assemble her belongings. She stated she known as her mom, however claimed Barmore took the telephone out of her hand and ended the decision. She then alleged Christian threw her to the ground.
She stated she tried to stand up, however claimed the 28-year-old “grabbed her by the shirt in the area of her neck.”
She informed cops when Christian finally let her go, she grabbed their baby and known as her mother again. The paperwork state that the Patriots’ fifth-year participant known as his mother, who tried to calm him down.
About an hour later … she stated a automobile service supplied to Patriots gamers picked her up and took her and their two-year-old daughter to Delaware.
When officers requested why she did not report the incident sooner, the report states she was “in fear of Christian and his ‘handlers,’ especially since he is a wealthy NFL player.”
On September 9 … the lady — who stated she had an on-and-off relationship with Barmore for 3 and a half years — determined to go ahead with the costs.
The Patriots put out an announcement shortly after the information broke … saying they had been made conscious on the time of the incident — “and informed the NFL in a timely manner.”
“The matter remains part of an ongoing legal process. We will respect that process, continue to monitor the situation closely, as we have over the past few months, and cooperate fully with the league. We will have no further comment at this time.”
