VERMILLION, S.D. (AP) — A demo has begun for a previous College of South Dakota football player accused of attempted rape.
The Argus Leader stories that jury variety began Monday for 22-yr-previous Dale Williamson. He is charged with attempted next-degree rape stemming from an Oct 2017 incident.
Law enforcement allege Williamson and fellow player Danny Rambo entered a bed room wherever a girl was having consensual intercourse with a further player and assaulted her at the off-campus home the three gamers shared.
Rambo pleaded guilty in March to sexual contact without having consent and was sentenced to 10 days in county jail.
Williamson is also going through a rape demand for a individual alleged incident in March 2017.
