A previous University of South Dakota soccer participant has been discovered not guilty of tried rape.
The Argus Chief experiences Clay County jurors announced the verdict Tuesday night. 20-two-yr-previous Dale Williamson of Donalsonville, Georgia, experienced been billed with tried second-diploma rape stemming from an Oct 2017 incident.
Law enforcement alleged Williamson and fellow participant Danny Rambo entered a bed room in which a lady was obtaining consensual sex with one more participant and assaulted her at the off-campus residence the three players shared.
Williamson denied getting associated or even getting in the room in the course of the incident .
Rambo pleaded guilty in March to sexual call with no consent and was sentenced to 10 times in county jail.
Williamson is also experiencing a rape demand for a separate alleged incident in March 2017.
